Introduction to Multimedia & Web
Design | ||
| This course presents an overview of the World Wide Web and the
designer's role in this new medium. We explore the major design and
technical issues unique to website development. Class assignments include
hand-coding a small website in Hypertext Mark-up Language (HTML) and
exploring the web authoring tool Adobe GoLive. | ||
| None. Participants should have a working knowledge of design software such as image editors, publication editors, as well as some very basic level understanding of HTML. | ||
